Customers need to maximize the investments made in and benefits realized from on premise, on-demand and cloud solutions. In this session, we will outline how the co-existence model can enable a sales team to move onto the cutting edge Oracle Sales Cloud platform, while maintaining other aspects of their business (e.g. service teams) in their existing on-premise CRM application. An example discussed will be moving the sales function from an existing Siebel on-premise application to the Oracle Sales Cloud, while continuing to use the power of Siebel within the Service department, and integrating the two platforms. We will also show transition paths to partially or incrementally transition to the Sales or Service Cloud.

Mike Schultz, WhiteLight Group’s Cloud Mobility ERP Strategist and Team Lead will participate on the panel and share best practices and thought leadership. He is co-founder and leader of the firm’s Innovative and Emerging Technologies practice. For almost 20 years, Mike has worked in IT strategy and business applications consulting firms, solving the most complex client challenges and delivering best-in-class solutions.
